Brooklyn Townhouse Facade

For this federal-style townhouse, we envisioned a striking redesign that introduces a horizontal band, elegantly distinguishing the upper living spaces from the welcoming entry level. To stay mindful of our budget, we opted to install new bricks at the entry while refreshing the upper levels with a fresh coat of paint, giving the entire structure a revitalized appearance.

One of the standout features of our redesign is a beautifully crafted pediment that enhances the entrance, drawing the eye and creating a captivating focal point. To top it off, a custom mahogany door was added, providing a unique and inviting entry experience that truly sets this townhouse apart from the rest of its facade. This thoughtful approach not only respects the building’s heritage but also breathes new life into it, creating a blend of history and modern elegance.
