Millwork
This townhouse in Sugar Hill had a kitchen and dining area that looked updated but didn’t function. Storage was limited, and as the family grew, the space couldn’t keep up. The solution wasn’t a full redesign, it was better millwork. We rebuilt the kitchen and dining around custom storage, using every wall and transition to create clean, usable cabinetry that actually holds what the family needs day to day. Tall cabinets, integrated storage, and built-ins were designed to organize everything from daily kitchen items to the souvenirs they’ve collected over time. Every cabinet was planned to fit the space properly, align with the layout, and feel consistent across the kitchen and dining area. The result is simple but effective: a space that looks clean, stays organized, and works the way it should.
LiDAR Scan
We use LiDAR scanning to capture existing spaces quickly and accurately before design starts. This allows us to understand the full layout, structure, and dimensions without relying on rough measurements. For larger projects, this step reduces mistakes, speeds up drawings, and gives a clear foundation for planning and construction. Clean data in, better decisions out.
Bathroom Renovation
Tile doesn’t start on site, it starts in the design. Every layout is drawn to exact dimensions before anything is ordered, so we know where each tile begins, where it ends, how corners turn, and how everything aligns with fixtures and walls. By the time installation starts, there are no guesses. Cuts are planned, center lines are set, and the full layout is already worked out. That’s how you get clean lines, balanced spacing, and a finish that looks intentional. This bathroom came out exactly how it was planned.
New Basement
This basement in Park Slope started as a cluttered, underused space with no storage or clear layout. We removed columns, reinforced the structure above, and opened it up. Then we added under-stair storage, a new bathroom, and reorganized the mechanical room. Clean finishes and a simple layout brought it all together into a functional space that actually works.
