3. Permitting & Documentation
Coordinate consultants and prepare submissions for DOB or LPC when required.
4. Pre-Construction
Finalize scope, pricing, schedule, and subcontractor coordination.
5. Construction
Execute demolition, framing, mechanical systems, and interior finishes.
6. Completion
Final walkthrough, punch list, and project handover.
